The Alexandrite hair laser is one of the quickest and least painful on the market. Pioneers in the technology, our laser hair technicians have over 15 years of combined experience in laser hair removal. For larger treatment areas or more sensitive skin types, our laser hair technicians are qualified to apply topical anesthesia to the treatment area. As well, our treatment includes the optional application of a soothing post-laser skin cream after treatment. Laser hair removal is generally completed in six to eight treatments depending on skin and hair type. Annual or semi-annual touch-ups at a reduced rate are sometimes required for certain skin and hair types.
GENTLELASE LASER HAIR REMOVAL
At the Victoria Park Medispa we believe in choosing the right treatment for our client, not simply the one available to us. Certain lasers often perform better for specific clients. The case is true with our Gentlelase Laser Hair Removal machine. Similar in technology, with the same wavelength, as the Alexandrite laser, our Gentlelase laser can treat darker skin tones more efficiently. The Gentlelase requires no gel and cools the skin with the DCD, Dynamic Cooling Device, reducing discomfort. Alike to the Alexandrite Laser Hair Removal, clients should expect 6 to 8 treatments followed by infrequent touchups at preferential pricing to aid in maintaining touchable skin.
