Marketing Director

As Victoria Park's Marketing Director you will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and measurement of all Victoria Park's marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities.  Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, your duties will include coordinating, executing and overseeing all marketing activities for Victoria Park.  As a guardian of the brand, you will help ensure the company’s philosophy, mission, and vision are practiced throughout the organization.  

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in marketing communications or public relations with demonstrated success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or public relations
  • Passion for health, fitness and esthetics are considered an asset.
     
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design of marketing, communication and public relations materials. Passion for developing a consistent and superior brand message and experience
  • Ability to manage and optimize SEO and Google Adwords program
  • Superior writing skills for copy on marketing pieces
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical and personal sales skills.
  • Management and updating of Web site.
  • Oversight of the design and production of printed materials, videos, and photo shoots.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.

Surgical Coordinator

We are looking for a full time Surgical Coordinator to assist a leading board-certified plastic surgeon and medical researcher in optimizing his schedule and productivity while creating raving fans out of all our clients!
 
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Surgical Coordinator will include:

  • Booking and guiding clients through surgical process.
  • Handling patients visits, checkouts and re bookings.
  • Administrative support.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Special projects.
 
Required Qualifications
The successful applicant should have the following:
  • Two to three years experience working in a clinic or hospital setting as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.
  • Sales ability.
  • Must have a “can do” attitude, strong attention to detail, superior communication skills and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer support to patients.
  • Ability to accurately follow directions with limited supervision
  • Must be willing to be on call for client emergencies (30 min to 3 hours a week in after hours support).
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Strong computer literacy

Customer Experience Coordinator

As a member of our Spa/Medispa First Impressions Call Centre, your duties will include answering incoming calls to Victoria Park standards, scheduling client appointments, directing inquires, providing information and assisting in administrative duties.


The successful candidate is mature, dedicated, hardworking, has the ability to multitask and is looking for a long-term position with tremendous opportunity for education and growth. The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity must have at minimum, three years of experience in reception and or office administration as well as fluency in French and English.
