Jennifer believes that all change is possible given the will and commitment. She is a creative trainer that motivates and inspires. Jennifer has a personal commitment to holistic wellness and Eastern practices. Her love of martial arts practice and its philosophy, movement and therapeutics led her to create her own signature approach to movement therapy.

Brought in to teach the participants how to reduce anxiety and panic using breathing and meditation techniques when going through their competition challenges. Featured on RDS (Canadian French sports network) in 2010.
  • Creator of the Core Running program – A program for new and seasoned runners which integrates Pilates practice and philosophy to increase performance and reduce injury

  • Personal running experience since 2000. Ran her first marathon in 2003 in Honolulu, Hawaii. In her 11 years of running she has never ‘hit the wall’, attributed to her Pilates practice.

I believe that training is a metaphor for life; how you approach your workout is how you approach everything in your life. Be patient and build the foundation. Listen to what the body is telling you because it always speaks. Be aware of the subtleties, understanding that sometimes less is more. Strive for balance in training, mind and life. With virtuous principles success is inevitable.
