Victoria Park Health Club Expands Its Popular Pilates Program
Victoria Park is delighted to announce the expansion of its Pilates program under the leadership of Pilates Master Trainer Jennifer Horvath. According to Joseph Pilates, the creator of Pilates, "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference; in 20 sessions you'll see the difference and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body."To help you feel your best and reach your goals, Victoria Park has added Pilates Group Reformer classes for groups up to four to our popular Solo (private) and Duo + (semi-private) reformer Pilates sessions. As well, we have added many Pilates Mat classes to our regular group fitness program. We even have a special 3-session Starter Package for people who want to try Pilates for the first time.
