Your teacher might play some chill music to help you decompress and get into the flow or they might keep the room silent so you can really focus on your breathing in each moment. The variety in sequences from week to week will keep your practice evolving. Get ready to work your body, detoxify your organs and get your head in the game.
Hot Yoga Beats is the next generation of Hot Yoga. Hip hop beats, intense sweat and the most unique yoga experience in Montreal. This practice MOVES. A post-practice shower is highly recommended as is some previous yoga experience.
Hot Yoga 4 Athletes is a straight-forward yoga practice designed for athletes. Inner peace is optional and you won’t be asked to chant, light incense or become a vegan. However, you will get some great therapy for your body and an amazing stretch.
