As a member of our appointment Concierge Service Specialists team, your duties will include answering a high-volume of incoming calls and emails to Victoria Park standards, scheduling client appointments, and directing inquires and providing information. You will play a vital role in assisting our Doctors and Specialists at our Medispa locations meet their booking targets by using your personality to make our customers smile and come away impressed with each interaction.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity is bilingual, has previous experience working in a call center, guest services, customer service or hospitality environment with proven ability to offer exceptional customer service over the phone. With strong computer and administrative skills and experience working with and maintaining databases, the perfect candidate has a passion for or interest in beauty and aesthetics.

The successful candidate is fluent in both spoken and written French and English, interpersonal savvy, mature, dedicated, hardworking, has the ability to multitask and build relationships over the phone, has excellent judgment and organizational skills. This role is for someone who is looking for a long-term position with opportunity for education and growth.

Availabilities required for this position are from Monday to Friday from 8h00 to 18h00 and Saturday from 9h00-17h00, for a total of 37.5 hours a week.  All candidates will have the opportunity to work from home.

Commercial Cleaner - Westmount

Victoria Park operates a growing network of medical spas. We are hoping to return to work in the near future and are beginning the process to implement measures across our business to safeguard our associates and customers throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

To ensure our employees and customers feel valued and safe, we are growing our team of office cleaners in Westmount. We are searching for bilingual self-starters who have a strong work ethic and a friendly disposition to join our maintenance teams in all of our locations.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ensuring building cleanliness by disinfecting and wiping all surfaces, maintaining disinfecting pumps and stations. Maintaining all common areas, including bathrooms, staff kitchen, building entrance and exits. Sweeping and moping floors, emptying and removing trash.

Requirements:

A strong work ethic with attention to details along with a friendly disposition and the ability to communicate in English and French are required. A Drivers licences (Class 5) and knowledge and experience operating power tools are considered a strong asset.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday from 11-7pm.

Financial Accountant - Westmount

Victoria Park Medispa operates a growing network of medical spas across Canada. We are growing our Accounting team and we are searching for a full-time Financial Accountant to join us. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, job responsibilities include:

– Prepare and maintain monthly financial statement records

– Prepare and post journal entries and accruals to the general ledger

– Maintain and balance monthly account reconciliations

– Maintain and balance fixed asset and depreciation schedules

– Perform monthly inventory cost analysis

– Prepare month end financial statements for business partners

As our Medispa Boutique Manager at our Westmount location you will be responsible for cultivating a profitable and customer centric environment. You will be responsible for all of our high-quality pharmaceutical skincare products. You will be accountable for all sales, product flow, inventory, merchandising, events and developing and maintaining your product knowledge. You will form partnerships and collaborate closely with the Medispa technicians, vendors, and our Purchasing/Inventory specialist. Physician’s Assistant (Laval)

Victoria Park Medispa operates a growing network of medical spas across Canada. We are one of the first medical aesthetic spas in the country and have been named Top Medispa in Canada by the Spa Industry Association. We currently have 9 Victoria Park Medispa locations, 7 of which were added in the last 18 months.  We are looking for two (2) Physician Assistants for Dre. Suzanne Gagnon and Dr. Madeline Gagnon at our new Victoria Park Medispa location in Laval.

As a Physician’s Assistant you will be responsible for assisting physicians in all medical aesthetic treatments with their patients.  You will be responsible for making all preparations for the room before the patient arrives, ensuring the patient is taken care of upon arrival, during treatment and when they depart.  You are also responsible for ensuring that all COVID-19 protocols are followed and respected. It is essential that the candidate for this role be results-driven and have a passion for skin care. The treatments performed are very intimate because they require close proximity to the patient’s face.  Thus, the candidate for this role must have good sense of judgment, a calm temperament, be sympathetic and know how to be a good listener in order to succeed.

Responsibilities in assisting the physician in medical-aesthetic care include, but are not limited to:

Before and upon arrival of the patient:

  • Complete room preparation before the next patient
  • Greet the patient in the room
  • Verify all information in the patient’s file regarding the treatment to be performed, the results requested and any other patient notes.
  • Answer any questions or concerns the patient may have.
  • Disinfect the skin before treatment
  • Apply anesthetic cream for Botox and fillers
  • Cleanse the skin for laser or peeling treatments
  • Ensure that the patient can have their treatment (according to our protocols).
  • Have consent forms signed as required
  • Take photos (if necessary)
  • Ensure to complete in detail your section of the patient’s chart

During treatment:

  • Take care of the patient during their treatment
  • For example, for the following treatments:
  • Botox: You will be required to follow the doctor during the treatment and sponge up any bleeding throughout the process. You will also be responsible to do a final cleaning at the end of the treatment for the patient.
  • Fillers: You will be required to follow the doctor during the treatment and sponge up any bleeding throughout the process. You will also be responsible to do a final cleaning at the end of the treatment for the patient.  You must always monitor with the doctor if there is an abnormal reaction and be prepared for any emergency protocols if need be (eg. vascular complications).
  • Excel V: You will be asked to apply a compress to the patient, etc.
  • Peelings: You will need to know what steps to take once the doctor has applied the solution.

Post-Treatment:

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all patients have received a clear explanation of what to do post treatment and understands the steps to be taken to prepare for their next treatment.
  • You’re responsible for arranging the next appointment for the patient.
  • Respond to all patient concerns and provide all documents, contact information, etc. prior to their departure.

At all times:

  • COVID-19 Protocol: You are responsible for respecting and following all our protocols at all times. You are also responsible for ensuring that our patients are well informed and follow our protocols.
  • Make sure that the room is always well stocked and that it has all the equipment and products necessary for all treatments.

Requirements and Qualifications required:

The person applying should have the following qualifications:

  • Two to three years of work experience in a medical-aesthetic clinic.
  • Basic knowledge of the treatments; which includes the nature of the treatments, their effects, risks and potential complications.
  • A bachelor’s degree or college diploma
  • Good listening skills
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Must have a positive attitude

Legal Counsel - Westmount

We are searching for a full-time permanent in-house legal counsel with at minimum 5 years’ experience working within M & A and corporate law.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in both English and French verbally and in writing. You have the ability to multitask, are hardworking and tenacious. You are a team player and have an understanding of the entrepreneurial spirit!

Reporting to the President your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing acquisitions
  • Preparing letter of intent from introduction through to conclusion
  • Negotiating, writing and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company
  • Due diligence on possible new acquisitions
  • Banking agreements
  • Advising on employee issues
  • Offering counsel on a variety of legal issue

Surgical Nurse - Longueuil

We are searching for a Surgical Nurse to work within our surgical facility in our clinic in Longueuil.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assess patients prior to surgery and alleviate any concerns
  • Ensure supplies required for surgical procedures are stocked in OR and reviewed with surgeon prior to start of procedures.
  • Responsible to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and proper sterilization of OR
  • Assist physician with positioning and preparing patient for surgery inside OR
  • Pass medical instruments or other objects to the surgeon during operation
  • Monitor patient’s vital signs
  • Evaluate patient in postoperative phases
  • including pain management
  • Adhere to safety standards and precautions
  • Assume duties within or out of the sterile field as assigned
  • Assistance with medical and aesthetics procedures
  • Tracking inventory of supplies
  • Assisting with client flow in and out of the office

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a licensed operating room nurse required
  • LPN in good standing with the QIIAQ and CPR certification
  • Previous experience in the medical or medical aesthetics field is considered a strong asset.
