Victoria Park operates a growing network of medical spas across Canada.  We were one of the first Medispas in Canada and have been selected as Top Medispa in Canada by the Spa Industry Association.  There are currently nine Victoria Park Medispa locations, six of which have been added in the last 18 months.

Our Montreal-East (Tétreaultville) Medispa is looking for an outstanding, bilingual, full time, Medispa Technician service provider. As a Medical Technician service provider, you will provide treatments that will include laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, IPL, Chemical Peels, Exilis, microdermabrasion and fractional lasers.

If you have 1-3 years of previous experience as a Medical Spa provider and are interested in joining a team that is cutting edge, innovative, highly educated and dedicated we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing client consultations on all treatments offered.
  • Delivery of treatments to Victoria Park standards.
  • Sales and application of appropriate skin care products.
  • Maintaining knowledge and understanding of Victoria Park products, services, and promotions and actively promoting these with appropriate Victoria Park clients.
  • Upholding the standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety as directed by law and the facility’s policies and procedures.
  • Performing prep work, properly and restocking rooms as required.
  • Handling client’s questions, concerns, and requests professionally and courteously ensuring complete client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and contributing towards a quality work environment with team spirit.
  • Assisting in all areas of operation as requested by management.

The following qualifications are required:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Certification in training of lasers
  • Background in nursing or medical aesthetics
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain world-class operating standards
  • Positive disposition and action-oriented attitude

  • Must be bilingual (French/English)
  • Must be available to work from Tuesday to Saturday.  As well as one evening shift (until 7pm) per week.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Medical Coordinator will include:

  • Greeting clients in person to Victoria Park standards which include adhering to strict COVID-19 protocols
  • Assisting Physician with treatment room set up, patient flow, follow up calls, re bookings, and guiding clients through the surgical process
  • Administrative support
  • Inventory management
  • Special projects

Required Qualifications:

  • The successful applicant should have the following:
  • Two to three years’ experience working in a clinic or hospital setting as an Administrative Assistant, Medical Coordinator or Executive Assistant
  • A Bachelors’ degree or college diploma
  • Sales ability combined with the capacity to build relationships over the phone and in person
  • Must have a “can do” attitude, strong attention to detail and be a critical thinker
  • Superior communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and judgment
  • Ability to provide excellent customer support and follow up to patients
  • Ability to accurately follow directions with limited supervision
  • Strong computer literacy and administration skills
  • Fluency in English and French
  • A background in aesthetics and wellness are considered a strong asset

Contract position (3 to 6 months)  – Accounts Payable Technician:

Victoria Park operates a growing number of medical spas. We were one of the first Medispas in Canada and were recently selected as Top Medispa in Canada by the Spa Industry Association. There are currently 9 Victoria Park Medispa locations, 6 of which have been added in the last 18 months.

We are growing and searching for someone to assist us with a short term project within our Accounts Payables team located in our head office in Westmount.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with processing expense reports, invoices and inter-company transactions
  • Ensure all invoices are entered in compliance with government sales tax regulations
  • Ensure accounts payable records are up to date
  • Assist with reconciling A/P accounts and credit cards accounts
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Assist in maintaining good vendor relationships
  • Respond to vendor inquiries
  • Assist in ensuring timely payments of invoices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in A/P or a similar role
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting is required
  • Bilingual (French and English) both oral and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Excel & Word
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Simply Accounting (Sage 50) is a plus;

We are growing our Accounting team and we are searching for a full-time Financial Accountant to join us. The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in a multi company environment in retail or the medical service industry. You have the ability to multitask, are hardworking and tenacious. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, job responsibilities include:

– Prepare and maintain monthly financial statement records

– Prepare and post journal entries and accruals to the general ledger

– Review monthly bank reconciliations

– Maintain and balance monthly account reconciliations

– Maintain and balance fixed asset and depreciation schedules

– Perform monthly inventory cost analysis

– Prepare month end financial statements for business partners

– Prepare year-end financial statement packages for external accountants

– Prepare quarterly GST-QST remittances

– Regular correspondence with various government agencies

– Define and document work procedures and processes

– Participate in on going special projects

Job Requirements: 

– Postsecondary degree in Accounting

– Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience

– Advanced knowledge of Sage, MS Excel, Word

– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines

To ensure our employees and customers feel valued and safe, we are growing our team of office cleaners in Westmount. We are searching for bilingual self-starters who have a strong work ethic and a friendly disposition to join our maintenance teams in all of our locations.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ensuring building cleanliness by disinfecting and wiping all surfaces, maintaining disinfecting pumps and stations. Maintaining all common areas, including bathrooms, staff kitchen, building entrance and exits. Sweeping and moping floors, emptying and removing trash.

Requirements:

A strong work ethic with attention to details along with a friendly disposition and the ability to communicate in English and French are required. A Drivers licences (Class 5) and knowledge and experience operating power tools are considered a strong asset.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday from 11-7pm.

Start date is dependent on when we are able to return to work.

Registered Nurse for Leading Medical Aesthetic Clinic in Ottawa

The ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:

  • Nursing Registration and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience working with a sophisticated clientele
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal communication and a positive attitude
  • A strong interest in beauty and aesthetics
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a private clinic or hospital setting is an asset

Boutique Manager

As our Medispa Boutique Manager at our Westmount location you will be responsible for cultivating a profitable and customer centric environment. You will be responsible for all of our high-quality pharmaceutical skincare products. You will be accountable for all sales, product flow, inventory, merchandising, events and developing and maintaining your product knowledge. You will form partnerships and collaborate closely with the Medispa technicians, vendors, and our Purchasing/Inventory specialist. We are searching for a Surgical Nurse to work within our surgical facility in our clinic in Longueuil.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assess patients prior to surgery and alleviate any concerns
  • Ensure supplies required for surgical procedures are stocked in OR and reviewed with surgeon prior to start of procedures.
  • Responsible to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and proper sterilization of OR
  • Assist physician with positioning and preparing patient for surgery inside OR
  • Pass medical instruments or other objects to the surgeon during operation
  • Monitor patient’s vital signs
  • Evaluate patient in postoperative phases
  • including pain management
  • Adhere to safety standards and precautions
  • Assume duties within or out of the sterile field as assigned
  • Assistance with medical and aesthetics procedures
  • Tracking inventory of supplies
  • Assisting with client flow in and out of the office

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a licensed operating room nurse required
  • LPN in good standing with the QIIAQ and CPR certification
  • Previous experience in the medical or medical aesthetics field is considered a strong asset.
