Building Handyman/Maintenance Lead - Westmount

We are searching for a full-time Building Repair/Maintenance Lead to join our building maintenance and cleaning team at our Westmount head office.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

– Minor adjustments and or repairs to building heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems.

– Valet park vehicles when attendant is not available

– Monitor building to ensure safety and security

– Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies

– Maintain Victoria Park tools, inventory, and workshop

– First point of contact for maintenance issues when manager is not present

– Notify manager of any major repairs required within the building

– Remove snow from main entrance and sprinkle salt on surface.

– Must be available outside of standard hours in case of building emergencies

– Meet and assist contractors as needed

Requirements for the position:

Must have a friendly disposition, strong work ethic and the desire to be in a health and wellness environment.

Must have a valid drivers license (Class 5)

Bilingualism is an asset

Must have experience working in a building setting as a repair-person/janitor

Interim IT Manager - Westmount

Interim IT Manager – 6 Month contract

Victoria Park Medispa operates a growing network of medical spas across Canada. We were one of the first Medispas in Canada and have been selected as Top Medispa in Canada by the Spa Industry Association. There are currently 9 Victoria Park Medispa locations, 6 of which have been added in the last 18 months.

We are searching for an Interim IT Manager for a minimum six-month contract.  You will be responsible for the management, strategy and execution of Victoria Park’s IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

You will manage and provide support for the existing IT infrastructure for all Medispa locations including the network, security cameras, security alarms, door card access, VoIP, photo rooms and systems.

In addition, you will manage and provide support for all existing software for all Medispa locations, which includes POS and client databases, Patient photo storage and management, remote work, network storage file systems, Microsoft office, Call Center software and Anti-virus protection.

You will provide support for employees including, system logins and credentials, software training, security access, workstation set up and network storage access.

As we continue to grow you will also be responsible for new locations IT set-up. This would entail reviewing their existing setup including hardware, software, network and employee setup and integrating and updating to our standards as necessary.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this opportunity is bilingual, has strong customer service skills and experience managing a companies IT infrastructure.

Victoria Park operates a growing network of medical spas. We are hoping to return to work in the near future and are beginning the process to implement measures across our business to safeguard our associates and customers throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

To ensure our employees and customers feel valued and safe, we are growing our team of office cleaners in Montréal-East & Laval. We are searching for bilingual self-starters who have a strong work ethic and a friendly disposition to join our maintenance teams in all of our locations.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ensuring building cleanliness by disinfecting and wiping all surfaces, maintaining disinfecting pumps and stations. Maintaining all common areas, including bathrooms, staff kitchen, building entrance and exits. Sweeping and moping floors, emptying and removing trash.

Requirements:

A strong work ethic with attention to details along with a friendly disposition and the ability to communicate in English and French are required. A Drivers licences (Class 5) and knowledge and experience operating power tools are considered a strong asset.

We are growing and searching for a talented individual to join the Accounting Team in Westmount, QC.

Responsibilities include:

· Manage all A/P Functions;

· Process expense reports, invoices and inter-company transactions;

· Prepare cheques;

· Ensure all invoices are entered in compliance with gov’t sales tax regulations;

· Ensure accounts payable records are up to date;

· Reconcile A/P accounts and credit cards accounts;

· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies;

· Maintain vendor files;

· Establish and maintain good vendor relationships;

· Respond to vendor inquiries;

· Ensure timely payment of invoices;

· Help with month end closing and sales tax remittances;

· Identify opportunities for improvements, propose solutions and set up processes;

· Prepare special reports on an as needed basis

Requirements:

· 2-5 years experience in A/P or similar role;

· Post-secondary education in Accounting is required;

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity is bilingual, has previous experience working in a call center, guest services, customer service or hospitality environment with proven ability to offer exceptional customer service over the phone. Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing you will help manage the planning, development, implementation and measurement of all Victoria Park’s marketing launches, promotions, communications and public relations activities. A large percentage of our promotional efforts have a digital component.

With a strong sense of strategy anchored in a solid understanding of analytics, you have developed plans for promotions or launches from A to Z, developed promotional materials, created website content and digital advertisements. You will use your positive attitude, work ethic and creative problem-solving skills to communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, social media influencers and other services to help projects come to fruition.

Projects include website redesign to optimize navigation and conversion, launching new technologies and promotions, analyzing results and recommending actions, opening 2-3 clinics per year, helping to optimize consumer journey, implementing a CRM system, and more. Surgical Nurse - Longueuil

  • Assess patients prior to surgery and alleviate any concerns
  • Ensure supplies required for surgical procedures are stocked in OR and reviewed with surgeon prior to start of procedures.

  • Assist physician with positioning and preparing patient for surgery inside OR
  • Pass medical instruments or other objects to the surgeon during operation

  • Assisting with client flow in and out of the office

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a licensed operating room nurse required
  • LPN in good standing with the QIIAQ and CPR certification
  • Previous experience in the medical or medical aesthetics field is considered a strong asset.

Candidates should be personable, confident in their skills as a surgical nurse, comfortable to work independently and enjoy working with a diverse population of clientele and aesthetic procedures.
