Room Temperature Classes
VicYoga Flow (vinyasa) is open to all levels and although some basic yoga experience is recommended, it’s not a requirement. Flow is a well-rounded practice that incorporates standing postures, sun salutations, backbends and hip-openers.
In this class the teacher will offer ways to intensify and deepen the practice for the more experienced yogis as well as ways to modify it for those who need to tone it down.
VicYoga Stretch (yin) is a deep stretch class that helps release layers of tension and tightness in the body. All the postures are done down on the mat and you can expect some chill music to sooth your mind. This is the perfect choice to balance out all the high-performance fitness-based classes at Victoria Park and a great remedy for the high-paced and often stressful times we live in.
